Provide sales, marketing and operational leadership to sales managers in a specified district.


Duties and Responsibilities:

•Responsible for meeting district revenue goals. *
•Serve as the Senior Fundraising consultant for key accounts including sales calls & presentations. *
•Understand all aspects of our co-op business including: distribution channels, mechanics of conducting a sale,
and relationship building between account representatives, departments, chairpersons, volunteers and customers. *
•Manage district in all areas including staffing, administration, planning and budgeting based on the district and company goals. *
•Motivate, coach and counsel all district associates including setting expectations and goals as well as holding associates accountable for their performance. *
•Strengthen communication between district associates, Director of Sales and corporate office by providing a positive and proactive atmosphere.
•Strong Consultative Selling experience a must.

Job Specifications:

•Education equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
•5-7 years of sales management experience and successful motivation and development of a sales force
which includes managers, supervisors and representatives.
•Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
•Collaboration skills to build relationships.
•Ability to train and coach associates.
•Strong customer service skills with internal and external customers.
•Analytical skills are essential.
•Detail oriented and organized.
