The Anticipatory Sales AVP program was developed to locate and attract high-impact sales management leaders with proven success leading and developing other sales leaders. Identified talent will enter the ASO program for a 6-9 month training program that will prepare them to be deployed against a Regional VP.
Insurance Industry Experience required (at min, 5-7 years of multi-line P&C). Career Experience in multiple geographies a plus.
Exclusive Agency Experience preferred (Independent Agency considered cross functional)
Must have multi-lines experience (P&C, Commercial and Financial Services)
Proven track record of success in personal lines P&C sales management (preferably exclusive channel but independent is a possibility)
Successful record of leading other successful sales leaders
Proven ability to build an effective team of Sales Leaders as well as coach and develop high potential front line sales leaders for promotional assignments.
Ability to identify, attract and retain sales management and agent talent
Understand how to identify variables that motivate individuals and utilize them to drive favorable business results
Ability to effectively lead sales managers, while communicating, educating and demonstrating how to drive results
BS/BA required for any candidate submitted for the ASO program. FINRA registration a plus (Series 6 and 26). If candidate does not currently possess Industry licenses, candidate will be required to hold Property/Casualty, Life Licenses and Series 6, & 26 FINRA licenses.
Mobility Full Mobility required. Significant travel will be required for the duration of the 6-9 month program. If candidate has limited mobility but is otherwise a qualified candidate, identify limitations when profiling for presentation
