Datran Media is a leading digital marketing technology company that helps advertisers, publishers and agencies manage their branding, acquisition, retention and monetization campaigns across multiple channels. We are looking for a Sales Account Executive – Net Margin for our New York office.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: The Sales Account Executive is responsible for consistently meeting assigned revenue objectives and maintaining positive customer experiences. This includes achieving quarterly revenue quota targets, acquiring new customers, and developing creative solutions for accounts. The Sales Account Executive is the primary face to the customer throughout the entire customer lifecycle, but will have sales and customer support to assist in the selling and implementation phases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

•Learn, understand and promote the Acqusition Services and Monetization business
•Prospect, qualify and close new opportunities within the assigned region. Close new business through outbound sales efforts.
•Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals each quarter.
•Accurately forecast quarterly business.
•Update and upkeep of Salesforce.com with current information about key contacts, data points and other essential information
•Create and develop strong, productive relationships with clients.

Qualification/Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree
•5+ years experience in the online media business in advertising sales experience and/or media sales experience required.
•STRATEGIC SELLING SKILLS, COLD-CALLING AND ADVANCED PROBLEM SOLVING
•Very motivated and thrives in a visible, accountable environment
•Experience with sales automation tools i.e Saleforce.com or or Netsuite
•Superior communication skills, including presentations, phone and e-mail
•Very organized and responsive to requests and timelines
•Understanding of online advertising and the web technologies is required
•Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that fosters get-it-done attitude
•Able to handle numerous details and interactions with customers each day
•Passionate about their work and contribution to the team/company objectives
