We are a fast-growing IT Consultancy based in Central Edinburgh working with some of the UK's biggest household names.

We are are now looking for a Client Services Coordinator, who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to manage our client servicing and sales administration. You will pro-actively promote ECS, and ensure sales are maximised while delivering the highest level of customer service to ECS Clients.

The ideal person for this role will be highly organised and have great attention to detail and enjoy working with multiple different stakeholders. You will be responsible for:

Manage Client servicing and sales administration, including management of associate renewals and Customer communications.

Single point of Contact for client renewals and contractors.

Handling incoming customer queries

Contractor communication

Maintain accurate data source for internal reporting (Client tracker)

Preparation of quotes

Updating sales forecasts and contribute to sales review

Work with the Resourcing and Admin teams to align Pre-Employment Screening clearance, Purchase Orders and Contracts

Review of planned billing with invoicing team

Gather personal and rate information for pass through contractors

Ensure resources complete Client specific Skill matrices and training

Attend customer events

Purchase Order Management

You should have:

Microsoft Office experience, especially Exel

Strong people management skills

Experience working under pressure to tight deadlines

Strong written and oral communication Skills
