A DAY IN THE LIFE AT TELETRACKING

JOB SUMMARY

This is a critical role responsible to support our field team to ensure that they can achieve revenue targets. This includes sales support, sales analytics and forecasting, RFP support, financial management and reconciliation, and systems administration.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES SUPPORT

Maintains and update sales policies, procedures, guidelines and reports.

Reviews all sales contracts for adherence to standard and analyzes pricing.

Trains the Sales Team in analysis, reporting, CRM and guidelines.

Manages sales commission and award programs

SALES ANALYTICS AND FORECASTING

Provides reports for pipeline management.

Reports and analyzes demand planning and sales forecasting.

Reports on key metrics and deals outside of parameters.

Tracks and analyzes actual sales/projected.

RFP MANAGEMENT - SUPPORT ROLE

Develops and manages procedures to ensure timely and appropriate responses.

Facilitates completion of RFPs / Collaborates with marketing

FINANCIAL MANGEMENT AND RECONCILIATION - SUPPORT ROLE

Period end bookings reconciliation.

Development and monitoring of sales commission programs.

Monthly commission reconciliation and statements.

Backlog reconciliation

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree: Information Systems/Finance/Marketing required

EXPERIENCE Required

Data analysis - proven ability to analyze data

IT savvy - Ability to leverage IT tools to manipulate and manage information

Analytical skills - capable of manipulating and analyzing data

Sound problem solving skills and decision-making ability

Capable of managing multiple priorities

Drive for results - Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully; is constantly and consistently one of the top performers; very bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and others for results

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
